Mooodbidre Journalist Association celebrated press day on July 4th at it’s press club.
They honored Rayi Raj Kumar for his service to Journalism as reporter to Hosa Digantha and Mangalore Mithra now he is teacher at Jain High School.
Mr. Bhaskar Hegde ,the head of Department, SDM college Ujire delivered a talk on Development Journalism.
Development of Journalism is Development he opined.
Mr. Vishwanath Prabhu, Businessman of Moodbidre remembered his association with as a news contributer to Navabharath and Udayavani.
Ganesh Kamath President of Press club presided over the function.
The general secretary of press club introduced the club and it’s success story.
Dhananjaya Moodbidre presented Thomas Alva Edison as a Journalist.
Shankar Naik,Sadananda Hegdekatta, Seetharama Acharya,Goverdhan Hosamani and othrs were present in this occasion.
